John Sosville: Founder, Broker

John has worked as a business/commercial broker, advisor, investor and owner/operator in Colorado for the last ten years. John is the owner of Platform Brokerage, which handles clients in the Technology and Real Estate industry including large IT and online businesses. Over the last two years, John has personally brokered over $20M in businesses/properties.

John is an active Colorado business owner and operator, his current businesses include: Consultant Strategies a technology and start up consulting firm, Thriv a transaction processing company and Life Biotec a start up biotechnology firm.

Other recent business ownership experience involved the purchase of a small Denver based ATM business which our team of owners grew into a portfolio of machines across Colorado, South Carolina and Georgia. The ATM business was sold in 2013, valued in excess of $2.5MM.

John’s additional experience includes nearly twenty years of strategic and business development work for technology companies. During this time John was able to grow the businesses he worked with at an average rate of 50% per year.

John is a Colorado licensed real estate broker and earned his undergraduate degree from Ft. Lewis College.  He also attended internationally at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International du Pas de Calais (ESCIP) in Longuenesse, France.
