John Sosville: Founder, Broker

John has worked as a business/commercial broker, advisor, investor and
owner/operator in Colorado for the last twenty years. John is the owner of
Platform Brokerage, which handles the sale of platforms in the tech industry
from large IT, MSPs, SaaS companies and other online businesses. Over the last
year, John has personally brokered over $10M in businesses/assets.
John is an active Colorado business owner and operator, his current business is:
Consultant Strategies which provides Managed Services & SaaS consulting
services to small and mid-sized businesses.
Other recent business ownership experience involved the purchase of a small
Denver based ATM business which our team of owners grew into a portfolio of
machines across Colorado, South Carolina and Georgia. The ATM business was
sold in 2013, valued in excess of $2.5MM.
John’s additional experience includes nearly twenty years of executive, strategic
and business development work for technology companies.
John is a Colorado licensed real estate broker and earned his undergraduate
degree from Ft. Lewis College. He also attended internationally at the Ecole
Supérieure de Commerce International du Pas de Calais (ESCIP) in Longuenesse,
France.
